All-Ways Vending's machines operates efficiently to deliver food and drinks 24/7

All machines are state-of-the-art, new and fitted with SureVend, but in the event of malfunction we provide:

·         7 day a week service

·         24 hours a day

·         4 hour emergency break down service (maximum)

All our vending machines will be fully maintained, regularly serviced & cleaned by us as part of our regular routine.

SureVend
The SureVend™ product delivery sensor guarantees that a selected item/drink is delivered to the customer or their money is returned. The system works by attempting to deliver the item/drink up to 3 times. If an item/drink is not dispensed and therefore recognized by the optical sensors after 3 attempted vends, the customer is given the option of choosing another selection or accepting a refund.

Tracking System

The Tracking System alerts us, helps us track & monitor, manage & service our vending machines remotely by using data sent in real time. In the event of coin jams, machine power-out, refrigeration malfunction and break-ins, the Tracking System will notify us ensuring immediate attention to machines.

Refund Service
We offer a full refund service for any customer who claims a refund is due to the malfunctioning of our machines, or any dissatisfaction with their purchase. 

Food Safety
All products for sale in our vending machines are leading brands purchased directly from the manufacture or from large wholesalers. All products are kept at optimal conditions, offered for sale fresh in our refrigerated vending machines and are competitively priced.
